Recovery Position

Recovery Position

“In 2022, as the world reemerged and entered a new era, people searched for new possibilities more than ever before,” explains Google.

If you were to look for a common theme amongst the trending searches on Google, Youtube or the likes, top hits would fall into the category of looking for new opportunities, new skill-sets.

'How to' Videos have never been more popular and are now leading the trend.

Many looking for new opportunities are doing so as they have just experience their toughest years yet of restriction, stifling isolation and discontent.

When liberty is taken from us, we come to realise the power of turning towards what we do have, with joy, rather than focusing on what we don’t have or are missing out on.

And what we do have is choice and opportunity.

Choice to do as we please and not have to endure imposed 'direction'.

People are now looking to find a new direction.

Swimming against the Tide

For many it has felt like swimming against the tide but when they come to realise that they can press pause, and even tread water for a while, they come to realise that there is a sanctuary, a place to rest, a place even to grapple with their latest dilemma and contemplate a way through.

A chance to put oneself into a recovery position.

Contemplation is rather like therapy, isn't it, but without judgement.

Many are craving a new direction but when you ask what it is they are looking for, they struggle to tell you.

So you're about to make a recovery plan.

We're treating this with respect so be careful what you're saying to yourself.

You need a 'CAN DO' attitude and some tools to help you succeed!
